Submit An Event
If you would like to have your event added to our Community Events Calendar, please download the submission form; provide the information it requests; and either deliver, fax, or mail the completed form to the Meade County Area Chamber of Commerce.
Once we have received your event information, we’ll review the information to make sure it is complete and meets our criteria for inclusion.
Please submit events as far in advance as possible. Generally, they will begin appearing on the calendar up to four weeks before they are scheduled to take place.
