Personal Information
A lot of my time is spent with my family involved in sporting events. Allie, my daughter, is active in high school soccer and indoor soccer. My son, Zach, spends time playing footbal, basketball, and baseball. Amy, my wife of 17+ years, teaches in the local primary school.
Since graduating from Murray State University in 1989, I taught Math at Maryhurst School, Graves County High School and Bullitt Central High School. While at Maryhurst I was an assistant wrestling coach at Waggoner High School. In my year at Graves County High School, I coached my freshman football team to a perfect record. My seven years at Bullitt Central High School were spent coaching soccer for two years and football for five. I continue to coach in local youth sports
Meade County High School and
The Community
I arrived at Meade County High School in July 1998 as an assistant principal where I remain today. It is a joy to live in such a wonderful commmunity. A community that allows me to spend time with family, church and school activities. The school is in a rural community southwest of Louisville which allows quick access to a big city and the same for a quiet setting. Needless to say, it is a great place to raise children.
As a graduate of Fern Creek High School, '83, I have found the move from Louisville to Brandenburg to be a refreshing change. The pace of my daily life is much slower than years past. I recommend you consider Meade County as a place of residence.
